There is no date on the CD cover; EC played 2 dates at the Concord Pavilion. Carlos Santana was a guest at the performance on the 23rd, but he is not on this recording as far as I can tell.

Additionally, Disc 2, tracks 4-7 are not included here, as they were soundboard from other dates on this tour and not from the Concord show.
